What we collect and why
We collect the name, email, business details, typical acquisition budget, proposed loan amount and messages you choose to submit. Required fields let us respond and assess your request. Providing them is voluntary; without them we cannot handle the enquiry. Please do not send identity documents, bank credentials, children’s information or customer records through these forms.
Handling your enquiry and taking steps you request before a possible contract relies on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Security, abuse prevention and proportionate technical logs rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service under Article 6(1)(f). Compliance with an applicable legal obligation relies on Article 6(1)(c). Reading this notice is not consent to marketing. We do not subscribe you to marketing or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Recipients and international processing
Access is limited to authorized personnel and providers involved in hosting and storing the website and its enquiries, including OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare and FormSubmit for enquiry email delivery to prodmic@gmail.com. FormSubmit receives the submitted fields and delivers the notification to our email provider. See its privacy terms. We do not sell personal data or automatically share enquiries with listed businesses or potential lenders. Separate due diligence or a transaction may require additional notices before information is shared.
Hosting providers may process information outside the EEA. Any such transfer requires an applicable GDPR Chapter V mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
Retention
Our retention policy is to delete or anonymize unsuccessful enquiries within 12 months of the last substantive contact, unless an applicable legal obligation or a documented legal claim requires longer retention. Executed transaction and accounting records follow their applicable legal retention period. Privacy preferences on your device expire after 180 days.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may request proportionate identity verification. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions that we will explain. You can complain to Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), including without first contacting us.
